At the Russ College, we offer graduate and undergraduate education in biomedical engineering through cross-disciplinary collaboration with faculty from our partners in the Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, Health Sciences and Professions, and Arts and Sciences, and the Edison Biotechnology Institute.

Our master’s degree program will prepare you for further study or advanced industry work in an area of interest to you within the realms of cellular and biomolecular engineering, biomechanics, or biomedical information processing.

At the undergraduate level, we participate in a unique 4-1 option, allowing you to earn your B.S. in an engineering discipline and your M.S. in biomedical engineering in just five years. Some of our courses are also open to qualifying undergraduate engineering and life sciences majors to earn a certificate in bioinformatics, in preparation for a career in managing, analyzing, and applying biological data.
