Having visited Ohio University during the fall during of senior year of high school, Patrick fell in love at first sight and wanted to become a Bobcat. Entering with an interest in electrical engineering, it wasn’t long before Pat found that anything electrical was his niche. His love for electrical engineering was planted when he realized the potential and power of electricity on our earth and the need for sustainability. Pat wishes to be on a team of engineers with the goal of keeping the earth clean.

Pat has a diverse range of interests. The same day may find him diligently studying in the Academic and Research Center, rock climbing in the middle of the woods, fishing the Little Hocking River, and building some elaborate contraption in his room. Not only does he love being an engineer, Pat enjoys everything and anything he can do outdoors including rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running, fishing, hunting, camping, and much more.

On campus, his second home is the Ohio University Outdoor Pursuits rock wall, where he works.
