Dean Pidcock previously worked in the engineering career services office at The Ohio State University, where he served as the manager for the cooperative education and internship program. He was also the assistant director for the Cohen Career Center at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He works to promote the professional development of Russ College students so they are prepared to assume professional responsibilities upon graduation. He oversees the cooperative education and internship program, including building relationships with students and employers. He is responsible for implementing professional development programming and teaches the ET 1500 career orientation course. He also coordinates the annual Russ College career fairs and assists employers with their outreach to Russ College students for co-op, internship, and full-time employment opportunities.
