Dean Pidcock leads the Russ College Office of Professional Experiences by working to promote the professional development of Russ College students so they’re prepared to assume professional responsibilities upon graduation. He oversees the cooperative education and internship program, including building relationships with students and employers. Responsible for implementing professional development programming, he teaches the ET 1500 career orientation course required of all Russ College undergraduates. He also coordinates the annual Russ College career fairs and assists employers with their outreach to Russ College students for co-op, internship, and full-time employment opportunities.

Prior roles include serving as the program manager for the cooperative education and internship program at The Ohio State University, engineering career services office in Columbus, Ohio; and assistant director for the Cohen Career Center at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
