Michael Deis is an Accomplished Air Force (AF) Senior Executive Service leader offering 35+ years’ experience in organizational and technical leadership. He has extensive expertise in laboratory science and technology, test and evaluation, systems engineering, electronic warfare (EW) and command, control, computer and cyber (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies. Deis supported many major Air Force weapons systems programs in one or more of the acquisition phases: test and evaluation, research and development, acquisition and sustainment. He also retired from the AF Reserves in 1998 with 23 years of service, active duty, Ohio ANG and AF Reserves. His expertise has been gained over 28 years of civil service, 10 years in industry, 23 years in the military and three years in academia.
