Jacqueline Clark, a student in the Counselor Education master's program, was awarded a scholarship by the Ohio School Counselor Association (OSCA)—one of two awarded in the state. She attended Ohio University for undergrad and has taught in Nelsonville, OH, for the last six years.
Claire Ramsey, an educational administration doctoral candidate specializing in comparative and international educational leadership, is the first OHIO student to receive a grant to travel to Finland through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. She will research perceived sociocultural influences on rural teachers’ curriculum and student worldview.
