Dear Eastern Campus Student,
Ohio University Eastern Campus Fall 2020 classes begin Monday, August 24; however, in-person instruction will be limited to lab and clinical courses that cannot convert to remote/virtual or online instruction. All other courses will be delivered through videoconferencing technology (Zoom or Teams), online instruction, or a combination of the two. You should have received notification from each of your instructors explaining their delivery mode. If you have not been notified by each of your instructors, you should email them to confirm their delivery mode.
The University has entered into an agreement with OhioHealth to establish the Ohio University COVID-19 Response Hotline, 877-OU-COV19 (877-682-6819). This partnership is designed to support the University in the management and monitoring of the virus. With the implementation of mask, wearing, the social distancing policy, and the daily cleaning and disinfecting we are trying our best to provide a safe and healthy environment for those on campus.
All students have also been asked to complete the COVID-19 Training and sign the Ohio Pledge. This training can be found at https://www.ohio.edu/coronavirus/training. The Ohio Pledge can be found at https://www.ohio.edu/coronavirus/ohio-pledge. Please complete these before the start of classes. This training focuses on activities to keep you healthy and safe.
