Applied Management

The Bachelor of Science in Applied Management (BSAM) prepares students for advancement in the field of management. A BSAM degree can lead to an immediate career in management or entry into a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program or other graduate studies. While this degree is intended as a completion program for those with a two-year degree program from an accredited community college, regional campus or technical college, students coming directly from high school can plan for a BSAM degree.

Important Information for Students

An internship for academic credit is one of the highlights of BSAM Program. Students develop their internship proposals well in advance of their semester on internship. Assistance in finding internship opportunities is provided at internship information sessions and through peer-to-peer internship discussions. An early start on internship and career planning is advised.
