Academic advising takes places in many ways at the Eastern Campus. First-time students typically meet with academic advisors at the home school in May to select courses. These advisors help prepare the student class schedule as students begin their college journey at Ohio University. After matriculating to Ohio University, academic advising will be done where the student attends class (on site at the high school or at the Eastern Campus). Individual appointments can also be made at the Eastern Campus at any time.
The OUE Learning Commons/Library is a central part of a student's educational experience while at Ohio University Eastern. The library is located on the first floor of Shannon Hall.. The staff of the OUE Library is always willing to help.
Normal Operating Hours
Hours change depending on the time of year and the term. Be sure to check at the start of each term.
