The Diabetes Fellowship Program is a vibrant one year program designed to prepare primary care physicians in diabetes management through extensive clinical training and research. This program is one of the few known programs nationally focusing on training primary care physicians in clinical diabetes care and research, and it is the only Diabetes Fellowship program at an osteopathic medical school.
