Kate earned her master’s degree at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, Poland in 2015. She is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Ohio University doing her internship at CPS. Kate is particularly interested in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, have gone through traumatic experiences, are exploring their identity and life path, as well as other concerns. She determines treatment strategies in collaboration with her clients, building on their values and strengths. Kate uses cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and elements from other approaches in her work with clients. 

In her personal life, Kate loves sewing, dancing, having deep one-on-one conversations with friends, hiking, and watching stand-up and comedy movies.
