The Ohio University Office for Diversity and Inclusion and the Black Student Union hosted the 2018 Multicultural Student Expo on Thursday, Aug. 30, in the Baker University Center Ballroom. 

The annual event encourages multicultural students to meet new friends, network with faculty and staff and learn more about the academic and social offerings the Athens Campus has to offer.

This year, hundreds of attendees enjoyed music, singing, dancing, refreshments and Greek fraternity and sorority strolls. The Athens Walmart also gave away $500 in gift cards to first-year students via a raffle.
