University Program Council (UPC) will host a “Taste of Athens” at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at Ohio University’s South Beach on South Green.

The event, which is being programmed by student Caitlin Clay, is a fun way to kick off the school year and see some of that finest things Athens has to offer.  

The outdoor festivities will showcase Athens’ finest local food, music and more for OHIO students and community. Student organizations will show off some of the things they'll do during the year and attendees will receive food and prizes and create memories.
