iCUE Spotlight: May 31-June 6, 2019

Take a look at the upcoming events on the official OHIO Calendar of University Events. Anyone with an active OHIO ID can log in and complete the form to add events that are sponsored by any OHIO planning unit or registered student organization.

So be sure to add your OHIO events, programs and deadlines to the CUE to help keep all members of our University community in the loop!

Here’s a look at a few upcoming events:

Athens Walk-In Free Medical Clinic

Friday, May 31, 9 - 11 a.m.

Free Medical Clinic for qualifying low-income, uninsured, and under-insured adults ages 18-64. The walk in clinic is for those acute problems such as: upper respiratory infection, urinary tract infections, strep throat, ear ache, etc.

OHIO Coding Camp

Tuesday, June 4 - Sunday, June 9, All day

The Ohio University Summer Coding Camp introduces middle-school aged girls to basic computer programming with the hope of helping them develop skills that can help open pathways for them in this rapidly growing career field. Girls attending the camp will stay in Ohio University residence halls specially designated for the camp and will be under constant supervision. Space is limited.

OUPD Stroll Patrol

Tuesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 6, noon - 12:35 p.m. Bird Arena, 23 Oxbow Trail, Athens OH 45701

Join the Ohio University Police Department and WellWorks for a lunchtime walk. All members of the OHIO and Athens communities are welcome to join us for a special guest, good conversations and get your steps in! We'll meet between Grover Center and Bird Arena.
