THEATER: The Amazing Tattooed Lady Madness

This week’s show, produced by MFA playwright and tattooed lady Jean Egdorf, explores the meaning that can exist under and within the ink of a tattoo. Free admission.

 

Contemporary History Institute | Stage Reading of Greek Tragedy as Part of Program for Area Veterans

The Contemporary History Institute presents a stage reading of the play Ajax, a 2,000-year-old Greek tragedy that reveals the timelessness of the veteran experience.

School of Music faculty members Andrew Trachsel and Richard Suk will serve as the conductors for the evening's performance.

 

Finance and Administration Business Forum

Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, 10 a.m. Baker Center 240

The Business Forum is a bimonthly meeting sponsored by Finance and Administration to share information about the work being undertaken and accomplished by the various campus partnerships, including Partner Groups, Work Groups, and Advisory Groups.

 

90 Minutes Series - Amy Wilson, storytelling coach, Cincinnati Enquirer

Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, 7 p.m. Schoonover Center, Athens, OH 45701

Amy Wilson, a veteran journalist, has one of the coolest jobs in America: She works at The Cincinnati Enquirer as its storytelling coach. Wilson guided the paper to a Pulitzer Prize in 2018.
