The Athens Area Mediation Service is sponsoring 15-hour mediator training sessions in Athens from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 11-12.

The sessions will be held at the Athens Area Mediation Service Office located at 396 Richland Ave. in Athens

Participants who attend the sessions will gain valuable skills to help lead difficult conversations in productive ways. They will learn tools for communication and conflict resolution skills that can be applied in personal, business and professional settings.
