Ohio University Eastern announces College Credit Plus Information Night

Ohio University’s Eastern Campus will host College Credit Plus Information Night on Thursday, Sept. 28, in the Shannon Hall Theater at 6 p.m. This particular session is geared toward prospective students who would like to begin the program in January 2018.

College Credit Plus is a unique opportunity for students in grades 7-12 to earn college credits prior to their graduation from high school. If a student qualifies for the program, all tuition and textbook costs are free.

At Information Night, interested students and their parents will learn more about the College Credit Plus Program at Ohio University Eastern directly from administrators, who will talk about the application process, overall benefits and expectations of the program. A question-and-answer session will be included. It will also feature current College Credit Plus students, who will share their personal experiences in the program at Ohio University Eastern.

To register for College Credit Plus Information Night, please contact the student services office at 740-699-2536 or email Jay Morris, coordinator of College Credit Plus, at morrisj@ohio.edu.

There will be additional College Credit Plus Information Nights on Feb. 6 and Feb. 22 for students wishing to begin the program in fall 2018.
