Sugar Bush Foundation opens application for funding

The Sugar Bush Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 funding cycle.

Founded 12 years ago, the foundation works with The Ohio University Foundation and local communities to improve the quality of life in Appalachian Ohio by encouraging civic engagement and fostering sustainable environmental and socioeconomic development.

To be considered for a Sugar Bush grant, organizations must submit a letter of intent for their project under ‘Apply for a Gift’ online. The foundation is currently looking for projects that are focused in the following categories: food security, zero waste, environmental protection & restoration, and sustainable development. For more eligibility criteria, please visit the Sugar Bush Foundation website.

The deadline for letters of intent is November 30, 2017.
