Ohio University’s Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) will host the first-ever Hustle for Hearing 5K Walk/Run, a recreational event designed to raise community awareness of hearing loss. 

The race kicks off at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 8, at Tailgreat Park at Richland Avenue and South Shafer Street. Check-in and same-day registration begin at 9:30 a.m. SAA will host a social with food and a raffle in Tailgreat Park following the race.

The event is open to all ages and fitness levels, and cash prizes will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place winners. Registration is available online. The cost to participate is $15.
