Ohio University Transportation & Parking Services (TPS) will join a number of other public transportation systems across the state of Ohio on Wednesday, Feb. 14 – Valentine’s Day – to celebrate Ohio Loves Transit Day.  

In conjunction with Athens Public Transit and GoBus, TPS will be taking part in several events to help spread awareness of public and campus transit opportunities and recognize how public transit is helping to move Ohio forward.

OHIO students, faculty and staff are encouraged to stop by the table at lower Baker University Center on Wednesday from 9-10:30 a.m. to visit with transportation staff from Ohio University, Athens Public Transit, GoBus and the Athens Mobility Management Program to take part in giveaways and learn more about services. 

TPS will be also be offering rider appreciation promotional giveaways on Athens Campus CATS shuttles at varying times throughout the day in celebration of the event.
