OHIO Hockey to host, compete in Central States Collegiate Hockey League playoffs

OHIO Hockey and Bird Arena will host the Central States Collegiate Hockey League (CSCHL) playoffs the weekend of Friday, Feb. 23, through Sunday, Feb. 25. 

The CSCHL is considered the elite division of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) with all five CSCHL teams ranked in the ACHA national Top 10. Ohio University is currently ranked No. 4. 

OHIO Hockey has secured second place in the CSCHL standings and will play its first playoff game at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24. The CSCHL playoff schedule is below: 

Friday, Feb. 23
7:30 PM #4 Seed Iowa State vs. #5 Seed Robert Morris-IL

Saturday, Feb. 24
3:30 PM #1 Seed Lindenwood vs. winner of Friday game
7:30 PM #2 Seed OHIO vs. #3 Seed Illinois

Sunday, Feb. 25
2 PM Winners of Saturday games for CSCHL Playoff Championship

Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.ohiobobcatshockey.com/ and in person at the Bird Arena box office. Tournament passes for all four games are $10 for students and children and $20 for adults. Day passes are $5 for students and children and $8 for adults.
