International Education Week to include global relations forums on Japan, China, Africa


Ohio University faculty and staff with an interest in working on projects related to Japan, China or Africa are invited to three open forums that will be held during International Education Week.

The forums are being held to gather information from faculty and staff who are currently working on projects related to Japan, China or Africa, as well as those who are interested in pursuing activities related to these countries and continent.

OHIO officials hope to gain a better understanding of all of the current activities related to these areas, as well as to discuss future opportunities and relationships in Japan, China and Africa. The forums will be held at the following times:

  • Open Forum on Japan – Monday, Nov. 14, 1 to 3 p.m., Baker University Center 231 
  • Open Forum on China – Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2 to 4 p.m., Baker University Center 231 
  • Open Forum on Africa – Wednesday, Nov. 16, 1 to 3 p.m. in Baker University Center 231
