Business Forum scheduled for Dec. 10


Ohio University Finance and Administration will conduct their next Business Forum on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Baker University Center Theatre. The forum also will be broadcast via AdobeConnect at https://adobeconnect.oit.ohio.edu/vpfabusforum12102014/?launcher=false.

Business Forums are quarterly meetings sponsored by the Finance and University Human Resources divisions to share information and enhance communication with employees who have respective responsibilities at the University. Topics covered at Wednesday’s meeting will include the following:
 
Human Resources:

  • Update on COMP 2014.
  • Update on work of the Benefits Advisory Council.
  • Reminders about Winter Break Closure, emergency closure procedures, W2’s, and 2015 tax changes.

Procurement:

  • Winter Break Closure processing.
  • Concur User Interface changes.
  • Buy vs. Lease Worksheet.
  • Procurement news and updates.

The December edition of "Business Matters" will be published shortly after the Business Forum.
