In accordance with Ohio University Policy 41.001, located at www.ohiou.edu/policy/41-001.html, administrative employees can carry a maximum of 32 vacation days, or 256 hours, from one fiscal year to the next. Part-time administrators can carry more than a maximum of 256 hours multiplied by their Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) level from one fiscal year to the next.
If approaching the maximum, please consider utilizing any time prior to June 30 to prevent losing earned vacation.
