UCM seeks feedback to improve services

University Communications and Marketing (UCM) wants to know how it can better serve the Ohio University community and fulfill its mission to promote OHIO, and is asking for help from the people who matter most.

UCM is inviting the University community to provide feedback through this short survey. As a division within the Office of the President, UCM's mission is to showcase OHIO's excellence, increase brand awareness, influence recruitment and retention, and build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the University.

"The best way to fulfill our mission is to hear directly from the people served by the team's work. Your feedback will help us identify which services are working for you, as well as ways in which we can improve. As the institution transitions to Responsibility Centered Management, UCM is interested in providing the best service possible," Executive Director Renea Morris said.

UCM has a vision of becoming a center of excellence and a trusted strategic University partner. This can happen with help from the University community.

Please note: The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. UCM may publish comments from the survey as client testimonials on the Web or in print promotions.

The survey will close on Oct. 24.
