With a multitude of choices and a future at stake, choosing a major can be both stressful and challenging for college students.
Students can get help with this decision by attending the annual Majors Fair, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, in the Baker University Center Ballroom.
The event will give students an opportunity to explore the more than 270 majors that the University offers, as well as a number of minors and certificate programs. Deans, assistant deans, and faculty will be present to provide students with information and to answer questions about the selection process.
The Majors Fair will also include information about internships, studying abroad and academic resources available to students.
The Majors Fair is a university-wide event and students from all colleges and majors, as well as prospective students are encouraged to attend. For more information, contact University College at 740-593-1935.
