Facilities and Auxiliaries announce winners of Employee Attendance Incentive Pilot Program

Ohio University Facilities and Auxiliaries announced the winners of the Employee Incentive Pilot Program drawing that recognized classified employees (bargaining and non-bargaining) with excellent attendance.

The winners were:

1st place, Myron Johnson, groundskeeper 2, Facilities, $500

2nd place, Debra Richards, cook 2, Culinary Services, $300

3rd place, Roger Lafollette, groundskeeper 2, Facilities, $125

The Employee Incentive Pilot Program began in January 2013. All employees who had an ending balance each pay period of 100 or more hours of sick leave were eligible to participate in the program.

Each classified employee began earning tickets based on their ending balance of sick time hours for pay period ending Jan. 12. Tickets were given to all eligible employees during each pay period until April 6. The more sick time that a classified employee accumulated, the more tickets that were accrued.
