On Wednesday, Ohio University President Roderick J. McDavis sent the following email to all faculty and staff requesting nominations for the Outstanding Administrator Award:
Each year the Administrative Senate recognizes three administrators for their outstanding contributions to Ohio University by awarding them the Outstanding Administrator Award. The recipients are honored at the Administrative Senate annual recognition event, receive an award certificate, have their names inscribed on the plaque on display in Chubb Hall, and receive $1,000 to be used towards professional growth activities.
Nominations may be submitted by any member of the university community. A selection committee comprised of administrators, faculty, classified staff and at least one undergraduate and one graduate student will review applications for the award. Selection of the recipients will be based on exemplary job performance and accomplishments.
The deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. on Friday, December 21. To learn more about the criteria for nominees or to download a nomination form, visit http://www.ohio.edu/adminsenate/awards/index.cfm.
