Ohio University Culinary & Dining Operations is conducting a campus-wide customer satisfaction survey. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate.
“The customer experience is a very important part of our decision making process, and we want to gather as much feedback as possible,” said Carlos Samano, assistant director of sales, promotions and research for Culinary and Dining Operations. “From the faculty member that picks up a morning cup of coffee at The Front Room to the student who dines daily at a Residential Dining venue, we want to hear what they all have to say.”
To encourage higher participation, those taking the survey can also choose to be entered for an opportunity to receive a meal plan worth $300 in Flex Points to be used at dining venues within Baker University Center and at all campus cafés.
Eight other lucky participants will be selected to receive a $25 gift card to be used at Bobcat Essentials and at all dining venues within Baker University Center.
