From staff reports
Construction of the Mill Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project will continue throughout this week and next week within the McKinley Avenue and Elliot Street Section of Mill Street.
Mill Street will be open to local traffic only between McKinley Avenue and Elliot Street. The contractor will be coordinating with residents and businesses within this area for access needs.
This project consists of replacing the existing 10" and 15" sanitary sewers with a new 18" sanitary sewer along Mill Street between McKinley Avenue and Kurtz Street. New manholes will also be constructed. Designated sections of sidewalk and curb will be replaced, and Mill Street will be asphalt overlaid after sewer construction is complete.
This project is partially funded through Community Development Block Grant Funds from the Ohio Department of Development and is scheduled for completion in late August 2011.
