Volunteers sought for study on music, movement and stress
Can Music and Movement Affect Caregiver Stress Levels?
Ohio University Researcher, Kamile Geist, the Associate Professor of Music Therapy and Program Coordinator of the Music Therapy division at Ohio University, is looking at two different groups of volunteers to learn if it does. Volunteers for this study may participate in music and movement sessions with their infants to learn how stress levels may be effected.
To participate in this study, you must:
- be the caregiver of an infant (6 weeks to 10 months old)
- be 18 years of age or older
- be willing to attend one visit with your infant at Ohio University
Study sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Volunteers will
receive a gift card for their time.
