ONCA Information Session | Boren Award

Are you interested in national security and a job with the U.S. government? Are you looking for research funding to study abroad next year?

Boren Scholarships provide American undergraduate students with up to $24,000 and the encouragement they need to acquire skills and experiences in a country outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, in exchange for their commitment to seek work in the federal government.

Students cannot apply directly for the Boren — they must be nominated by Ohio University's Selection Committee.

To learn how you can apply for the award through the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards, come to the information session Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.
