The rankings are supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and offer comparisons among counties in clinical care, health behaviors, social and economic conditions, and the physical environment.
Federal Office of Rural Health Policy
FORHP is located in the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This office provides funding and support for improving health services in rural communities. Ohio State Office of Rural Health
