Division of Food and Nutrition

The College of Health Sciences and Professions' Division of Food and Nutrition at Ohio University offers undergraduate, graduate and research opportunities to students. Undergraduate majors include Nutrition Science (pre-professional program) and Applied Nutrition with 3 concentrations: dietetics, culinary and environmental nutrition. Graduate students have the option of pursuing a traditional face-to-face master’s degree of science, fully online master's, or a combined Master of Science and Dietetic Internship program. Certificates are also available on the topics of diabetes and sports nutrition. Research opportunities include the use of the food science lab, sensory analysis lab, innovation lab, quantity foods lab and nutrition counseling lab.
