The College of Health Sciences and Professions' Division of Food and Nutrition at Ohio University offers undergraduate, graduate and research opportunities to students. Undergraduate majors include dietetics, culinary and environmental nutrition. Graduate students have the option of pursuing a traditional master’s degree of science or a combined Master of Science and Dietetic Internship program. Certificates are also available on the topics of diabetes and sports nutrition. Research opportunities include the use of the food science lab, sensory analysis lab, innovation lab, quantity foods lab and nutrition counseling lab.
