County Health Rankings

A clickable map is featured on this website for users to explore health conditions in individual counties. The rankings are supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and offer comparisons among counties in clinical care, health behaviors, social and economic conditions, and the physical environment.

Federal Office of Rural Health Policy

FORHP is located in the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This office provides funding and support for improving health services in rural communities. The Rural Health Information Hub is supported by this office and the hub includes updates, funding opportunities, data and statistics, and other information specifically for those working in rural health.

Ohio State Office of Rural Health

Located in the Ohio Department of Health, this office coordinates rural health care initiatives in Ohio. The office sponsors and annual conference and provide educational and training materials.
