OHIO UNIVERSITY - CHILLICOTHE
Ohio University - Chillicothe is committed to maintaining a safe environment in which students can pursue their academic and personal goals. If a student's behavior causes concerns, or potentially endangers his or her own welfare or that of others in the community, the Student Conduct Review Board may intervene as a safeguard for everyone involved.
In conjunction with the Office of Community Standards and Student Responsibility (CSSR) on Ohio University’s main campus, the Student Conduct Review Board at OUC assures that students are compliant with the Student Code of Conduct. In the event that a student displays inappropriate or concerning behavior, be it a possible violation of the Student Code of Conduct or simply behavior that is unbecoming of an Ohio University student, faculty, staff, and students may report the issue by completing a Student Issues Form found (here). Once the Coordinator of Student Activities receives the form the Student Conduct Review Board will review the documentation and determine if further action is necessary. Possible consequences of a Student Issue referral may include meetings, sanctions, or a referral to the Office of Community Standards and Student Responsibility. A flowchart further explaining this process can be found (here).
