The Ohio University Foundation Board has recently approved the renewal of funds for The City of Chillicothe’s Journey on the Zero Waste Pathway. The funding will support the second year of the city’s Curbside Recycling Project.

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown has announced that applications for the 5th Annual Propel Ohio Collegiate Leadership Summit are now being accepted. This year’s summit will be held at Bowling Green State University on Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ohio University Chillicothe plans to host the 3rd annual Health & Safety Fair on Sat., Sept. 28, 2019, at the Shoemaker Center. The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Approximately 35 local agencies will be participating in the event.

Ohio University Chillicothe will host its annual Hilltoppers for Hope 5K at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019 at the Shoemaker Center. All proceeds will go to the Hilltoppers for Hope Scholarship Fund to be awarded to a Chillicothe campus cancer survivor.
