Associate Of Arts

ASSOCIATE OF ARTS (AA)

At OHIO Chillicothe, students can pursue two options to earn an Associate of Arts. The first option emphasizes the Arts and Humanities. The second option allows students to study in the Social Sciences. Either degree allows students the flexibility to select from a wide variety of coursework that supports studies in the liberal arts, completion of Baccalaureate degrees, or transfers into or out of OHIO.

The Associate of Arts degree also helps students who may be undecided about a major by giving purpose to coursework. A wide variety of coursework options allow students to explore possible majors while simultaneously earning a degree. Additionally, students who change majors may qualify for an Associate of Arts degree.

For more information on the courses that can be used to complete the Associate in Arts - Arts and Humanities emphasis or the Social Science emphasis, see the OHIO academic catalog.
