Cap & Gown Packages

No regalia sales will occur at the ceremony venue.

Any graduating student may purchase regalia, regardless of their ceremony participation. Cords will be provided by Ohio University. Individual items may be purchased if a student desires a souvenir or replacement item.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Order Deadline: Saturday, April 3rd

Note: Be sure to purchase your regalia before the order deadline to ensure on-time delivery. Shipping delays have been experienced and are common because of COVID. Gowns feature distinct styles for Associate/Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees. A Bachelor gown may not be worn at the graduate/masters ceremony.

Graduate Recognition

All graduates will be asked to stand at their assigned seat when their name is called. Students will fill out a card at check in and will be organized by degree type and last name.

Guests are asked to remain seated as graduate names are being called.

Photography

Your guests may take photos during the ceremony, but we ask that they remain seated during the ceremony so not to disturb other guests who are trying to see their graduate.

A photographer will take photographs of each graduate at the registration desk before entering. After the ceremony is completed, the photographer will contact each graduate via e-mail with information pertaining to the retrieval of their photo.

A selfie station will also be available to get a special shot with a Rufus cutout.

There should be many opportunities to capture a popular family photo or selfie around the Ohio University Chillicothe campus. Be sure to hashtag #OHIOgrad2021 to share your memories!
