Biography

Prior to joining Ohio University as a Ph.D. student, Stanley earned a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University. Broadly, his research and methodological interests are in intersectionality, scale development, occupational stress, and personnel selection. Stanley has undergraduate teaching experience in Experimental Psychology, Psychology Research Methods, and Statistics.
