Mathematics (B.S.) Sample 4-Year Curriculum

Based on 2014-15 University Catalog. Students should check DARS for catalog year and requirements and see their adviser for help.

The following schedule is recommended for students entering the program in the freshman year. However, this is only a recommendation, and those entering the program later or entering with AP credit can easily make adjustments, although students entering at a level below Calculus I can expect to need more than four years to finish. All required courses are offered every semester, except MATH 4221 and 4301 are offered only in the Fall. A minimum of 45 credit hours in the major and a GPA of at least 2.0 are required.
