ELIP Graduate Writing Lab

The ELIP Writing Lab for graduate students wants to help students improve their writing abilities to become effective academic and professional writers. Student can receive help with course assignments, research papers, theses, or dissertations. Please keep in mind that tutors will not “fix” student papers; rather, tutors help students develop knowledge and skills to become independent and competent academic writers.

Location: Gordy 009

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 p.m. -- 9:00 p.m.

Sign up online: In-person and live online tutoring is available. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Session Length: 45 minutes

Access: All Ohio University graduate students, international and domestic, are welcome!

*NOTE: To participate in online tutoring, students will need, at a minimum, access to a computer and the Internet. Though not required, having a web cam and microphone will allow students to see and talk to a tutor like they would during an in-person session.
