First Generation

We invite first-gereration students to engage with the Career Network early and often during their time at OHIO. Coaching can be helpful for clarifying academic and major options, planning for ways to get experience before graduation, and building skills to be successful in the workplace. Consider working with one of our coaches in career coaching or a mock interview to prepare for success during your time in school and to feel confident about your post-graduation plans. Schedule with a coach using the Handshake platform. Visit our About Handshake page to learn more about the tool and how to log in the first time.
