Mission Statement of OHIO Alumni Association:

The OHIO Alumni Association exists to connect, inform and serve the University's diverse alumni and friends in support of the University’s Mission and Vision. This goodwill is achieved through strong leadership, dynamic programs and effective communication.

Definitions:

Alumni groups are organized by geography or affinity and then arranged in tiers based on the number of interested alumni and the number of events per year.

  • Geographic groups are classified as Regional Liaison, Regional Network, or Regional Chapter. Please see Chapters document for additional information.
  • Affinity groups are classified as College/Special Interest Liaison, College/Special Interest Network, or College/Special Interest Society.

All groups offer alumni a variety of services and activities to promote alumni engagement because well informed, active alumni are vital to the growth and excellence of a university.
