SGAL Award Winners & Advisory Committee

In 1985 we began recognizing outstanding achievements in state service of Ohio University alumni and friends with a State Government Alumni Award.

The Ohio University Public Affairs Advisory Committee was born out of the State Government Alumni Luncheons, and it has grown to be an invaluable resource to Ohio University for achieving its public affairs mission. Ohio University is proud to have such distinguished partners, most of whom also are alumni who continue to bring honor to our university.
