Q: Ohio University changed its academic calendar from quarters back to semesters in the fall of 2012. When was the last time the University operated on the semester system?

THE ANSWER IS: A. 1966-67

President Vernon Alden announced in the fall of 1966 that the University would transition from the semester system to the quarter system, effective in the fall of 1967.
