A Bobcat’s inspirational legacy lives on

After being diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma, a form of cancer, Michelle Lee Little was worried that she might not get the chance to attend college at Ohio University. Despite having to miss what would have been her freshman year of college for treatments, Michelle persevered with determination and strength, and made sure to study in between treatments. Michelle didn’t let cancer stop her, and she attended OHIO one year later in fall 2005. Although the Ewing’s sarcoma reappeared, Michelle maintained a positive outlook. Read Michelle’s story here.
