OHIO Next Generation Award

The OHIO Next Generation Award is part of our commitment to bring dependents of our alumni into the OHIO family.

Award Benefits

• Worth the value of the non-Ohio resident surcharge for students enrolled in 12-20 credit hours ($10,368 for 2022-2023)
• Renewable for up to eight undergraduate semesters for freshman students and four undergraduate semesters for transfer students (3.0 GPA required)

Award Requirements

Applicants must be:

• Non-Ohio residents
• Children of OHIO alumni
• Only new first-year or transfer students admitted for fall semester 2024
• Full-time students on the Athens campus
