Do you have a question about food, weight control, or nutrtion for pregnancy, diabetes management, or heart disease? Let our Nutrition Program staff answer it for you! Click here to send an e-mail containing your question; make sure to put "Ask the Dietitian" as the subject line of your e-mail message. The staff will get back to you within a week.

Food For Life

Want to lose weight the healthy way? Food For Life is a unique group that focuses on helping members lose weight safely and effectively using a combination of diet, exercise, and motivation. The group is led by Francie Astrom, our Nutrition Counselor. Please watch your mail and our calendar for the start of future groups. An additional fee is charged for this service.

Nutrition Counseling

Meet with our Nutrition Counselor to analyze your current diet and make positive changes that will help you meet your nutrition goals. Counseling is available for individuals and families, and can help you meet your goals for weight loss, weight gain, fitness competitions, diabetes, and other health conditions. Special Nutrition Topic Presentations

Whether it's a lunch-and-learn, a tour through the grocery store, or an evening conversation, our nutrition staff offers a wide variety of programs on nutrition topics of current interest. Most programs are 60 to 90 minutes in length and participants are invited to ask questions and receive materials to take home. Check the calendar for upcoming events.
