Training

We offer one-on-one or group training for using CommonSpot. Normally, we will set up a meeting with the group or department as we develop new websites to ensure that new users are familiar with the CommonSpot interface.

In addition to scheduled training sessions, we have hours set aside twice a month for anyone wanting to stop in to get a refresher or ask a specific question. Those office hours are the first Wednesday of the month from 9AM to Noon and the third Monday of the month from 1PM to 4PM.

While there should be someone available during those times, you can fill in the form below to ensure that we are aware you plan to attend a specific training session. Please specify the site you are going to be asking questions about and which open office session you would like to attend.
